"We use the system to schedule all our jobs. Once job information, dates and tasks are entered, I use it to monitor who's doing what, and which sub contractor to call to make sure the job stays on schedule. The contact management function is particularly useful, allowing me to call up all sub contractors in a particular location to request bids.

Having 2 scanners, we ensure important documents, drawings, and faxes are uploaded to the appropriate job folder. We can then easily retrieve this information in the future knowing that it is stored securely offsite. This system is user friendly and makes my life a lot easier."
