"I was pretty much computer illiterate, but found this system a breeze to understand and if I could use it, our team being well versed with computers would have no problem using it. We used to use a war board (white board) to schedule all our jobs. We now use this system for all our scheduling, and for keeping track of customer enquiries and selections. We use it to keep track of all critical information so we don't have to keep it all in our heads."
